December 2018. Fiscal and pricing policies: evidence report and framework We produced this report and framework for Public Health England. It is designed to help policy and decision-makers when considering the introduction of new fiscal and pricing interventions, or amendments to existing ones. This project collated evidence on fiscal and pricing policies that aim to improve health outcomes by influencing consumer behaviour and producing goods and services, and compared these different policy areas in terms of their impacts on health.
